She plans to further her skills by learning the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to eventually teach it to clients.

Beyond her professional work, Andrea is a dedicated community volunteer, serving the American Heart Association and participating in Guideposts of Strength events as an almost 12-year breast cancer survivor. She remains connected to her roots through activities with her alma mater, James B. Dudley High School, Class of 1976. She has also been asked by the Social Work board to consider Pro Bono work with “A Home Within,” an agency serving former foster care clients.

Andrea is naturally an empath, friendly, and approachable, bringing a kind heart and joyful spirit to every client interaction.

MASSAGE THERAPISTS

Mary Ann

Mary Ann uses medium to medium-heavy pressure to help release tension in tight muscles especially in the neck, shoulders, low back, and hips. She enjoys working with patients who have chronic pain, and is often looking to find the hidden muscles that contribute to a person’s stiffness and pain.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is the foundation of her technique. She has been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2003.

Ale

Ale, known for her light pressure techniques, enjoys working on the arms and legs and often uses kinesiotape to help support joints, take tension off of muscles, and reinforce better posture.

Over the years, she has found that her craniosacral techniques (CST) are very useful for people dealing with jaw pain and headaches. She is also skilled in lymphatic massage. She has been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2015.

ASHLEY

Ashley applies medium pressure, with the ability to apply firmer pressure when necessary. Her specialties include neuromuscular therapy, a form of deep tissue work, as well as stretching techniques for people who need to build up to deep tissue work. Ashley is strongest when working on upper body muscles groups – upper back, shoulders, neck, and head muscles. She has been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2020.
