-
Joanna is dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful results through an integrative and personalized approach. Her specialization is the Hendrickson Method®, an advanced orthopedic clothed bodywork focusing on functional rehabilitation and deep relaxation. Unlike traditional massage, this method offers effective, ongoing relief for chronic pain by treating soft tissues, ligaments, joints, and nerves.
Joanna's expertise is supported by extensive training in Northern California, where she completed her 500-hour massage program and 300-hour advanced orthopedic bodywork specialization. As a certified Personal Trainer, Joanna specializes in corrective and functional movement. She also holds certifications as a Health and Wellness Coach and has experience as a restorative fitness and mindfulness instructor. Training is often combined with her Bodywork for maximum effectiveness, but is also available stand-alone.
Outside of the clinic, Joanna is an avid movement and outdoor enthusiast, enjoying hiking, paddling, yoga, and dance. She is committed to a vision of inclusivity in the wellness industry, warmly welcoming clients of all body types, abilities, and backgrounds.
