Massage Therapy
Massage therapy provides whole person – body and mind – support to help manage the stressors of daily life, an existing physical health condition, or the wear and tear of workouts. Our therapists specialize in neuromuscular, lymphatic, deep tissue and prenatal, postpartum and fertility massage, trigger point release, myofacial release, cupping, and postural integration.

Exercise Physiologist/Fitness Training:
We offer a range of services for a range of individuals. For example, your certified exercise physiologist can help you maintain your fitness regime after you have completed your prescribed physical therapy. Maybe you are new to working out. Or trying to break your 5k personal best. We can help.
Mental Health & Stress Management
Our licensed mental health professional offers 15 years of experience working with patients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, personal loss, self-esteem issues, bipolar disorder, stress, coping skills, anger management, drug abuse, internet addiction, and divorce.
