Mary Randall, PT, DPT, VRT
Mary Randall, PT, DPT, is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with a multifaceted background in physical therapy, holistic wellness, and Eastern healing modalities. Her journey towards becoming a holistic practitioner began when she earned her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. What sets Mary apart is her commitment to a holistic approach to movement and treatment. She has not only accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of physical therapy but has also delved deep into Eastern healing practices.
Mary holds certifications in balance and vestibular conditions, having completed the Vestibular Competency Course hosted by Duke and Emory Universities, making her a sought-after expert in this specialized field. Moreover, her diverse skill set includes certifications as an Ayurvedic specialist, a yoga instructor (RYT), and 24 form Qigong.
Prior to joining our iT team, Mary successfully ran her own yoga studio for five years in Buffalo, NY and was a Director of a Balance center in Florida. Mary‘s clinical interests encompass a wide range of specialties, including vestibular and balance disorders, manual therapy techniques for joint pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Her dedication to treating balance disorders stems from her holistic perspective, which integrates physical therapy with mindfulness and body-awareness practices.
Beyond her professional life, Mary leads an active and fulfilling personal life. She enjoys exploring the great outdoors, often hiking with her beloved canine companion. Kayaking and yoga also hold special places in her heart, as they allow her to stay connected with nature and maintain her own physical and mental well-being.
Dr. Mary Randall is a passionate and skilled practitioner who brings a holistic and integrative approach to her work as a Physical Therapist. Her unique blend of Western medicine and Eastern healing traditions ensures that patients receive comprehensive and personalized care, ultimately leading them on a path to improved health and well-being.
Hallie Keatley, DPT
Hallie is originally from Charlotte, NC with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. In 2021, she graduated from High Point University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has recently returned to North Carolina after practicing for a few years in southern California.
Hallie is experienced with complex neurological and spine dysfunctions as well as treating vertigo and balance impairments.
In addition to her neurological background, Hallie also enjoys working with individuals to improve their athletic performance and has experience dry needling.
Susan Mann, PT, DPT
Susan Baver Mann received her transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2015; her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Iowa with an emphasis on Ergonomics and the Biomechanics of the Spine, and BS in Physical Therapy from University of Kansas. She has over 35 years of experience as a physical therapist, in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, the spine, and woman’s health issues such as : Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Susan has treated clients
with diagnosis such as urinary and fecal incontinence, post operative pelvic floor reconstruction for prolapse and other disorders, bowel and anal reconstruction secondary to cancer, pubic symphysis inflammation and low back pain during pregnancy; pelvic pain. She has attended seminars on the Pelvic Floor, Urinary and Fecal Incontinence, Differential Diagnosis of Chronic Pelvic Pain, Osteoporosis, Pilates and Scoliosis, Bowel Pathology and Function, and Pelvic Floor Surgical Procedures, Men’s Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Abdominal Manual Therapy, Voice and the Pelvic Floor, Ultrasound Imaging of the Pelvic Floor, Pre and Post Partum Exercise and Pilates.
She utilizes biofeedback training to build awareness and strength of the pelvic floor muscles. Along with traditional treatment approaches, Susan utilizes complimentary forms of
treatment including Pilates, Thai Chi for Arthritis, and Aquatic therapy. Susan has been a certified Pilates Instructor since 2001 (with over 800 hours of training) through Kathy Corey,
Master Instructor. Susan also underwent 10 days of comprehensive Polestar Pilates training in Miami Florida, integrating Physical Therapy and Pilates, with Brent Anderson DPT ., She integrates the Pilates technique with her Physical Therapy treatments.
Susan also is a Certified in Functional Integrative Lifestyle, Medicine, through Living Wellness Institute, and is a Health and Wellness Coach, through Wellcoaches tm, and is on a personal quest for health and wellness. Her Capstone Paper for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy was entitled “The Integration of Health Coaching and Physical Therapy” She enjoys helping others to reach their wellness goals, and employs techniques such as Motivational
Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology. Patients are more successful when they are able to set their personal vision towards better health, and weekly goals towards that vision. A positive approach utilizing self-actualization has been shown to be 80% effective (where as the method of “teach and tell” has been only 30% effective) in helping the client to
reach his or her health goals. Susan also integrates positive psychology principles with the
treatment of physical therapy patients. Susan is available to provide Health Coaching in groups or privately, to help individuals to focus on their “best self” for health.

Jill Shaw, MEd, RD, LDN
- Jill earned her Master of Education in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2002 and is licensed with the NC Board of Dietetics & Nutrition.
- She has been a registered dietitian for over 20 years and enjoys partnering with clients to guide them on their individual path to well-being.
- She utilizes an integrative and functional approach to nutrition therapy and treats a variety of health conditions.
- She believes that health is not what you weigh, but is found in the behaviors you practice most of the time.
- Contrary to the nutritionist stereotype, and similar to most people, Jill is not a gourmet chef and actually finds cooking to be a chore. Her goal is to help people discover ways to nourish their body when limited by time, money, and skill.
MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Emily
Emily specializes in both static and dynamic cupping and applying Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), especially when applied to the head and neck, as she is known for her skilled work in treating migraines.
She is also trained in pregnancy massage and fertility massage. She is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2015 and is known for utilizing medium pressure.
Ale
Ale, known for her light pressure techniques, enjoys working on the arms and legs and often uses kinesiotape to help support joints, take tension off of muscles, and reinforce better posture.
Over the years, she has found that her craniosacral techniques (CST) are very useful for people dealing with jaw pain and headaches. She is also skilled in lymphatic massage. She has been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2015.
Mary Ann
Mary Ann uses medium to medium-heavy pressure to help release tension in tight muscles especially in the neck, shoulders, low back, and hips. She enjoys working with patients who have chronic pain, and is often looking to find the hidden muscles that contribute to a person’s stiffness and pain.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is the foundation of her technique. She has been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2003.
CSILLA
Csilla has been a Licensed Massage Bodywork Therapist since 2001 and a Certified Group Exercise Instructor in 2015. With over 20 years experience, she is known for her medium to heavy pressure techniques. She specialized in conditions involving the neck, shoulder and jaw as well as helping people with headaches that may be cervicogenic in nature. She reinforces her techniques with good postural strategies and education.
Morgan
Morgan has eight years experience with massage therapy after graduating originally in Virginia in 2016. She focuses on medium and deep pressure while blending in trigger point and fascia work. Morgan also uses an integrative system of hot stones with massage to bring deeper holistic healing and therapeutic relaxation to the table. Her belief is good warm up in massage and confident technique is the doorway to healing.
ASHLEY
Ashley applies medium pressure, with the ability to apply firmer pressure when necessary. Her specialties include neuromuscular therapy, a form of deep tissue work, as well as stretching techniques for people who need to build up to deep tissue work. Ashley is strongest when working on upper body muscles groups – upper back, shoulders, neck, and head muscles. She has been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2020.
