Joyce Eury is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist who received her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has counseled diabetic, pulmonary and renal patients on dietary management. Joyce also enjoys working with individuals who are dealing with GI disorders (such as IBS) and assisting individuals with weight management, general wellness goals, and exploring the role that food sensitivity may play in one's overall health concerns. She is fluent in German and French and enjoys gardening and making traditionally fermented foods such as yogurt, sauerkraut, and Kombucha.
