Ergonomics and Postural Restoration

How we organize our environment and use our bodies during everyday activities can have a profound effect on our health. Ergonomic interventions focus on minimizing strain and fatigue in the workplace and at home. Ergonomics can address anything from the organization of one’s computer and desk to how we arrange our bodies during sleep.
